Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship throughout the United States. At this time we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been shipped, delivery takes between 3–7 business days. Your total estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days from the date of purchase.

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of your purchase date, please contact us at info@weston-couture.com and we will look into it right away.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Full details can be found on our Return & Refund Policy page.

Simply send us an email at info@weston-couture.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label along with further instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new separate order once your return has been accepted.

Orders can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After this window has passed your order will have already entered the fulfilment process and can no longer be cancelled. If you have missed this window and are unhappy with your order, you are welcome to return it once received in accordance with our return policy.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Absolutely. Our website uses 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information at all times. We never have access to your full card number - only your billing details, shipping information and the last four digits of your card.
